Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service while applying focused sales techniques to determine customer needs to enhance their rental experience.
• Prepare rental and return documents accurately and completely, disclose rates and terms, and obtain signatures.
• Be knowledgeable on vehicle fleet and provide information on options and services.
• Assist customers by effectively responding to or resolving customer service issues.
• Process the Daily Business Report and other revenue reporting functions in a timely manner.
• May include car washing/vacuuming responsibilities and office/lot cleaning as needed.
