National Car Rental is hiring a Customer Experience Representative at the Columbia Airport location. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, and upsell optional products while supporting a fast, friendly rental process.

A strong focus on service and accuracy will help ensure a smooth experience for all customers. The role offers a full-time schedule with benefits, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and services to customers.
• Assist with upsell of protection products, upgrades, fuel options and equipment.
• Provide directions and local information to customers.
• Handle reservation inquiries, rate quotes, and general questions via phone or in person.
• Ensure vehicle is in good condition upon return and notify management of issues.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and support team with duties as needed.
