Job summary

The U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support customers, manage 60+ calls daily, and handle service needs, billing, scheduling, and account questions in our Crystal Lake office.

You will build strong relationships through proactive follow-up, problem solving, and professional communication, with ongoing training and long-term career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably call center or office setting.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable with computers, data entry, scheduling, and billing.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 60+ inbound and outbound calls daily and assist with service needs, billing, and scheduling.
• Resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction notes; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate service appointments and align with Service, Delivery, and Sales teams.
• Support general billing, reporting, and inventory tasks to keep the experience smooth.
