Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is hiring for a day-to-day customer service role focused on assisting customers, scheduling service visits, and route deliveries for bottled water and salt. You will maintain data in NetSuite and help with basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with hands-on customer service experience.
• Route scheduling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience.
• Basic understanding of general service installation duties.
• General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer service operations and support.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers.
• Schedule service appointments and route deliveries for bottled water and salt.
• Maintain and enter data in NetSuite.
• Support basic collections and bookkeeping tasks.
