Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Brownsburg, IN facility. You will manage communications with customers and insurers and provide essential administrative support to the Repair Facility Team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a similar role, and familiarity with CCC One and ARMS. A valid driver's license is required; benefits are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin/customer service role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers/insurance partners in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS and ensure vehicles appear in CCC One.
• Update rental information and CCC One with rental usage data.
