Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the Repair Facility Team. You will schedule repairs, handle insurance communications, and maintain repair orders with accurate documentation.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar setting, with attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in an administrative/support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and relevant scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare repair order packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Manage rental information and update CCC One with car usage data.
• Monitor ARMS and ensure entries are reflected in CCC One.
