Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experience. You will manage appointments, insurance communications, and repair paperwork in a busy facility, ensuring accurate records and smooth interactions with customers and providers.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a similar role, with strong multitasking, eye for detail, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a similar administrative/customer service role.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists and parts lists.
• Record communications with customers and insurers in CCC One.
• Manage rental car information and update ARMS/CCC One.
