Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for customers in homes and businesses. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, schedule services, and set up new customer appointments while representing a trusted global leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Clear speaking voice and ability to be understood on the phone.
• Ability to enter accurate data while speaking with customers.
• Able to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer relations on the phone and in person.
• Gather information from customers to identify and solve problems.
• Confirm, schedule, and reschedule services for customers.
• Set sales appointments for new customers.
• Answer billing questions.
• Complete general clerical duties.
• Work as a team with Service and Sales.
• Sell the value of services and suggest upgrades to service.
• Smile while talking on the phone.
