Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Customer Care Representative to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, resolving issues and retaining customers through an omnichannel approach. You will provide a high-quality service experience, addressing routine questions and guiding customers toward solutions.

Responsibilities include handling service, scheduling, and billing inquiries, offering leads, and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to use a personal computer.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Typing 25 wpm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries.
• Offers creative Home Inspection leads to qualifying customers.
• Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships.
• Uses computerized system for identifying customer needs, tracking contacts, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
• Communicates with branch personnel to resolve service and scheduling issues.
• Initiates outbound customer service calls for various campaigns.
• Handles incoming calls from technicians to provide support.
