Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative who can work independently to promote the company’s product lines within assigned branches and maintain strong client relationships across Target Specialty Products.

The role focuses on meeting marketing, financial, and growth objectives while delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, process orders, and support a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on customer support experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
• Assist RDCs with customer service questions and returns.
• Input orders and drop shipments through the system.
• Identify backorders and assist with fulfilment.
• Provide order confirmations, tracking details, and AR/invoices.
• Engage in continued education about product offerings.
• Complete required safety training.
