Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and other tools.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and windshield tags.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental car information and update CCC One.
• Manage ARMS daily for rental vehicles.
