Job summary

Porsche is seeking a privacy program professional to lead compliance operations, manage Data Subject Rights responses, and coordinate with Legal, Data Governance, and InfoSec teams. The role emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have CRM experience (SAP/Salesforce), five to seven years in related roles, and a strong grasp of CCPA/CPRA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business or a related field required.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience; Project Management experience a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM technologies including SAP or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of privacy/regulatory frameworks (CCPA/CPRA); CIPP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer privacy compliance operations, including Data Subject Rights (DSR) requests and timely responses.
• Coordinate with Legal/Privacy, data governance, and information security teams; document policies and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure internal policies meet compliance requirements and have preparedness protocols.
