You will coordinate with product and engineering teams to implement changes and ensure audit readiness. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in regulatory programs, a strong grasp of compliance frameworks, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in privacy, compliance, or regulatory programs, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks like GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
• Proven experience with audit readiness and building evidence-based controls.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Excellent written and policy communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own privacy compliance programs and ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
• Work with Product/Engineering to implement compliance framework changes.
• Prepare the organization for external audits and document internal controls.
• Develop compliance playbooks and training resources.
• Collaborate with Security and Legal to manage risks.
