Cox Automotive is seeking a Privacy Governance Senior Manager to lead privacy engineering, drive CMP operations, and advance governance across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to ensure technically sound privacy practices and regulatory alignment.

The role focuses on onboarding brands and acquisitions, embedding privacy-by-design into development lifecycles, and guiding privacy technology investments with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years in a related field or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Experience leading a privacy compliance program and cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of U.S. state privacy regulations and web tracking tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of privacy engineers overseeing CMP operations, cookie governance, and opt-out scanning.
• Provide architectural guidance and maintain the privacy tech stack across the enterprise.
• Partner with Privacy Legal, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to meet regulatory needs.
• Onboard brands and acquisitions into Cox Automotive's centralized privacy program.
