Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with the storage buy pick-up process.
• Manage the storage buy pick-up flow with the company’s program.
• Follow phone answering SOP and verify pickup identity.
• Collect customer information for all pick-ups and process orders.
• Maintain product knowledge and assist with questions and selections.
• Stock, clean, and organize products per brand standards.
