Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service, order processing, administrative, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinate freight arrangements and communicate delivery schedules to customers
• Communicate with customers by phone and in person to answer questions, provide product/service information, take orders, and address concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and comments
• Research and resolve customer service or billing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate department for further review
• Review insurance policy terms to determine coverage for specific losses
• Review claim adjustments with dealers and evaluate parts claimed to be defective
• Approve or deny dealer claims based on established guidelines
• Compare disputed merchandise against original requisitions and invoices
• Coordinate with Accounting to process invoices or credits for returned merchandise
• Provide a high level of customer service while building strong, lasting customer relationships
