Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system.
• Transmit Bills of Lading and pick tickets to warehouses for shipping.
• Notify customers when back orders will be available; track orders for timely shipments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable to contact delinquent account holders for payment.
