Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee the full order lifecycle for Golf and PTV products, acting as the primary contact for territory accounts and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities include prioritizing orders, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate status updates while driving customer satisfaction across the order-to-cash process.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required.
• Years of Experience: 2 or more years of experience required.
• Software Knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce preferred.
• Customer facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100 orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
