Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to oversee the full order lifecycle for Golf and PTV products.

You will serve as the voice of the customer, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and act as the primary contato for assigned territory accounts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and familiarity with Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while making decisions related to prioritization and organization of the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions that impact customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information to applicable parties regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100 orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
