Job summary

United Furniture Warehouse is hiring a friendly Customer Service Representative to support in-person and phone inquiries, ensure accurate order processing, and assist showroom operations.

You will work with sales and office teams to deliver excellent customer experiences, handle payments, schedule deliveries, and maintain order status with professionalism and empathy. This full-time role supports a growing retail network and requires strong organization and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and ensure correct account application.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment per policy.
• Prepare daily deposits and respond to customer questions professionally.
• Coordinate and schedule customer deliveries and provide updates.
• Maintain open orders and assist showroom operations.
• Support Office Manager with additional tasks as needed.
