Regency Furniture is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join our Capitol Heights showroom. You’ll assist customers in person and over the phone, ensure accurate order processing, and coordinate with sales and office teams to move orders from purchase through delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), cash-handling experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and listening skills.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle cash and basic math.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately into the company system.
• Process customer payments and apply to proper accounts.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment per policies.
• Prepare daily deposits and follow procedures.
• Answer calls and respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Schedule deliveries and update customers on orders.
• Maintain open orders and provide timely updates.
• Assist Office Manager and support showroom operations.
• Collaborate with sales and office teams to ensure a great customer experience.
