Veolia is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS) to serve as an internal liaison among customers, CXAM, service operations and Billing. You will ensure order accuracy, schedule work, and drive order progression from creation to invoicing.

The role requires strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office. Travel up to 10% is expected as needed to support customers and operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years in customer service/order management preferred; 5 years minimum with high school diploma.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Create complete orders with all required elements and pricing.
• Schedule work with operations to meet customer expectations.
• Follow orders through service, receipt at location, and invoicing readiness.
• Finalize orders before invoicing and verify service details.
• Engage with operations, transportation, and service centers to push orders to completion.
• Act as a bridge between customer/sales and operations/service providers.
