Job summary

Kenvue is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist with Spanish for our United States operations. The role focuses on direct customer support and managing the full order lifecycle with accurate processing and clear communication to partners and customers.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English and Spanish language skills, and familiarity with MS Office and SAP. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders on order-related inquiries and complaints.
• Assess and resolve order management issues with business partners (AR, Commercial, Planning, LSP).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent experience.
• Process orders, quotes, and customer sales orders, including free goods, rush orders, and samples.
• Respond to inquiries and assist customers with self-service tasks.
