Job summary

Hoffmaster is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a broad North American customer base, handling order-related communication and resolving service and logistics issues. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order processing, product availability, and a positive customer experience.

The Essentials include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service, strong data-entry skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and internal inquiries related to orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
• Review and process customer orders and returns per internal and customer requirements.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate logistics with shipping teams and carriers.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information in CRM systems.
• Serve as a hub coordinating with internal/external teams on custom orders.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
