Job summary

Resource Label Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the sales cycle by handling customer orders and basic account servicing. The role requires strong technology and communication skills, with manufacturing or similar environment experience highly valued.

The position reports to the Manager, Customer Service and emphasizes accurate order entry, timely responses, and teamwork to meet customer expectations. On-site work in Cerritos, CA with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or printing/packaging environment preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials and write reports.

Responsibilities

• Speak with internal and external customers to collect information and product specs.
• Receive purchase orders via email, fax, or phone; review and confirm orders.
• Process orders into the system; coordinate delivery/shipping requirements and notify plant personnel.
• Route materials to production and ensure correct job order placement.
• Handle inquiries/complaints promptly; maintain clear communication.
• Prioritize workload to meet business needs.
• Process shipping tickets and verify against packing lists; manage billing steps.
• Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
