Job summary

Enviri is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to act as the liaison between customers, CXAM, operations, and billing. You will ensure order accuracy, progression, and eventual invoicing while coordinating with transportation, service centers, and plants.

The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with up to 10% travel. The team values proactive service improvements and clear status updates for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years in customer service/order management (or 5 years with just HS).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill complete orders with accurate pricing, active profiles, and requested supplies.
• Schedule work with operations to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Track order progression from start to invoicing after service completion.
• Finalize orders before invoicing and verify service details with operations.
• Monitor open orders and communicate status to customer groups.
