• Respond to complex inquiries or notify customers of claim results or adjustments.
• Enter orders for new or additional products or services.
• Support inside and outside sales.
• Update and maintain files; data entry.
• Handle first-level escalated issues and forward complex cases to specialists as needed.
• Train new Customer Service Coordinators.
