Job summary

Fortive seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end order-to-cash for direct market customers and distributors, ensuring seamless orders and shipments while complying with internal procedures and customer requirements.

You will act as a liaison between customers, distributors, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales Ops and Quality teams to ensure timely and accurate orders delivery in EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Service, Export Administration, Logistics Coordination, or related field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and process customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Provide proactive updates on shipment status and order progress; resolve disputes.
• Monitor orders for on-time and accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate cross-functional investigations and corrective actions.
• Manage customer complaints and service escalations through closure.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales Ops, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure SOP adherence.
