Job summary

Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corporation is seeking a customer service/order processing professional to provide high-quality service, manage customer information, and ensure accurate order execution. The role supports sales and pricing workflows and coordinates with accounts receivable as needed.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with basic computer systems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Business Central strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills. Focused on resolving conflict.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service and develop strong customer relationships.
• Process customer orders and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date customer information including shipment methods, credit terms, new part numbers, etc.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy and minimize credit memos/RMAs due to order entry errors.
• Process orders and quotations in a timely manner and provide accurate shipment date or order confirmation.
