Job summary

Oriental Motor U.S.A. Corporation in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks an energetic Inside Sales professional to build relationships and grow existing accounts.

You will identify opportunities, support customers with pricing, delivery, RMA coordination, and technical information while using CRM daily to track activity and contribute to monthly reports.

Travel to accounts and trade shows may be required to promote products and gather market feedback for the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude is expected.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and manage existing accounts.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Identify emerging accounts to increase sales and potentially develop distributors.
• Promote products through inside sales activities and promotions.
• Provide pricing, delivery, RMA coordination and customer service.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting information as needed.
• Visit accounts when required to further qualify and develop relationships.
• Attend trade shows and customer events to generate leads.
