High Country Plastics, a subsidiary of MAKS Plastics, seeks a customer-focused front desk specialist in Caldwell, Idaho. You’ll greet visitors, handle calls, process orders in our ERP, and support sales with quotations and documentation.

You’ll collaborate across production, planning, and shipping to keep orders moving smoothly. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or administration, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent communication and organization in a manufacturing

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, administration, or finance-related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and contractors.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and maintain reception areas.
• Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
• Enter and process customer orders in the ERP system and verify pricing.
• Coordinate with production, planning, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations, process sales documentation, and support dealers and distributors.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and inventory teams.
• Maintain customer records and generate reports as needed.
