Job summary

Honor Plastics & Molding in Pomona, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Administrative specialist to support daily operations. You will enter orders, respond to inquiries, coordinate with vendors, and assist the VP Operations with planning and projects.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2–3 years in customer service, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. IQMS is a plus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO and holiday pay.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with Excel, Word & PowerPoint; IQMS a plus.
Ability to work independently and with others; highly detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Enter orders accurately at current price and ensure timely processing.
Process requests for existing quotes and RMAs.
Communicate with creditors and vendors about payment schedules and credits.
Obtain W-9s from vendors and compile customer information.
Assist VP Operations in planning and executing production.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and route issues to appropriate departments.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions; generate reports.
