Job summary
High Country Plastics LLC Caldwell, Idaho, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, safety, and continuous improvement. This role drives production efficiency, quality, and on-time fulfillment while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced plastics environment.
The Plant Manager will partner with engineering and leadership to optimize processes, manage budgets, and develop talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
- Proven experience in Plant/Operations management in plastics/manufacturing.
- Experience leading manufacturing operations and related processes.
- Preferred: rotational molding/plastics experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct daily plant operations to meet customer expectations.
- Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity, quality, and throughput.
- Manage leadership development and performance across plant teams.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls.
- Maintain quality standards and resolve production issues with engineering and QA.
- Collaborate across departments to align with company goals.
