Mr. Electric of the Twin Cities West Metro in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our growing local team. This hybrid position supports both customers and electricians, turning inquiries into scheduled jobs while keeping operations smooth and efficient.

You will manage calls, scheduling, dispatching, and permits, using ServiceTitan and other business software. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and a proactive, customer-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Confidence communicating with customers by phone, text, and email.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
• Schedule service appointments and convert inquiries into booked jobs.
• Manage daily scheduling and dispatching of electricians; coordinate updates with customers and field team.
• Prepare and submit permits/inspections and maintain accurate job records in ServiceTitan.
• Follow up on estimates and ensure customer satisfaction through the sales process.
• Provide updates and follow-ups to ensure timely job completion.
