Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with common business software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and follow up on estimates.
• Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatching of electricians.
• Maintain accurate job records and coordinate permits/inspections.
