UTS ElectricPros, LLC dba Clements Electric is seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead operations for a growing commercial shop in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will bridge field and office activities, manage scheduling, parts flow, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget with the Master Electrician.

The ideal candidate has electrical experience and strong proficiency in scheduling, QuickBooks, and reading P&L statements.

Qualifications

• Electrical experience with understanding of materials, scope, and field work.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret a P&L statement in QuickBooks.
• Working knowledge of margins, overhead, and breakeven concepts.
• Professional communication skills in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate commercial jobs and generator installations from booking to completion.
• Ensure parts and materials are ordered, staged, and ready at will call.
• Confirm equipment and tools are prepped before crews are dispatched.
• Collaborate with the Master Electrician to keep projects on time and within scope.
• Manage dispatch and scheduling in ServiceTitan.
• Coordinate electrical permitting and inspections.
• Track job costs, calculate margins, and monitor overhead and breakeven.
• Read and interpret P&L statements to support pricing decisions.
• Communicate clearly with field crews, suppliers, customers, and the office.

About Us

Clements Electric is a veteran-owned, licensed electrical contractor serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex for over 20 years. We’re focused on commercial electrical work and generator installations, and we’re building out the operations backbone to support that growth. We run on ServiceTitan, and we’re looking for an experienced operations leader who understands the trade and can keep jobs moving, parts flowing, and margins healthy.

The Role

This is a hands-on operations role for someone who knows electrical work from the inside and can run the business side of the shop. You’ll be the hub between the field and the office — scheduling jobs, making sure parts are staged and ready at will call, confirming equipment is prepped before crews roll, and working directly with our Master Electrician to keep projects on time and on budget.

If you’re a journeyman electrician who’s ready to trade the tools for a leadership role — or an experienced operations manager from the electrical supply or contracting world — this is a chance to run operations at a growing commercial shop.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Required

• Electrical experience — you understand electrical work, materials, and job scope
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
• QuickBooks experience— Ability to read and interpret a P&L statement
• Working knowledge of job margins, overhead expenses, and breakeven
• Professional communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Proficiency with scheduling/dispatch software

Ideal / Preferred

• Experience working for an electrical supplier such as Elliott Electric Supply, Fowler Electric, Rexel, CED (Consolidated Electrical Distributors), Graybar, Crawford Electric Supply, City Electric Supply, or Dealers Electrical Supply
• ServiceTitan experience (dispatching, scheduling, job management)
• Experience with electrical permitting
• Background in commercial electrical work or generator installations
