• Answer service requests via phone, chat, email and online forms; respond to inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Generate and follow up on service request work orders until completion.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics as required.
• Update company systems, customer databases and spreadsheets.
• Contact customers for updated information as needed.
• Run and share ad hoc reports for review.
• Model CBRE RISE values and guide the team in applying knowledge.
• Suggest improvements to processes to boost team efficiency.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
• Follow defined duties and procedures; limited discretion.
• Deliver output by following procedures under close supervision.
