Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and projects.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communications.
• Answer phones and direct calls.
• Monitor and coordinate schedules.
• Greet visitors and manage check-in/out.
• Type letters, reports, and forms.
• Assist with data entry for invoices, orders, and reports.
• Organize documents, mail, and filing.
• Support management with projects and office coverage.
• Monitor supplies and assist in ordering processes.
• Run errands as needed.
