Job summary

Microbac Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Customer Relationship Coordinator to deliver world class CX to Tier III clients through timely responses and effective communication. You will assist in onboarding, data entry, reporting, and clerical tasks, coordinating with operations and management to solve basic client issues.

The role supports account setup, COA/invoice review during onboarding, and may assist sales with quotes and lead routing, ensuring accurate client records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Prior commercial laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer experience to Tier III clients.
• Handle phone calls, emails, data entry and clerical tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding and account setup in CRM/LIMS systems.
• Prepare reports and facilitate communication between clients and operations.
• Assist sales with quotes and lead follow-up as needed.
• Document all client interactions in the CRM system.
