Responsibilities

• Greet Customers and assist with inquiries in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized sales floor, with proper merchandise presentation.
• Assist Customers at the register, handle transactions accurately and respond to service calls promptly.
• Protect company assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines and identifying potential issues.
• Follow store policies on cash handling, refunds, and MOS (out-of-stock) procedures.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising resets and restocking as needed.
