Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clutter-free sales floor with clear egress.
• Treat Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy.
• Assist Customers at the register and with merchandise; greet customers.
• Respond promptly to Customer Service calls and escalate when needed.
• Represent and support the Ross brand at all times.
• Perform cleaning tasks to keep areas clean and presentable.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Complete daily sizing and recovery to keep the store neat and merchandised.
• Expedite new merchandise to the floor per guidelines and ensure brand familiarity.
• Understand Loss Prevention programs and protect merchandise.
