Qualifications

• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates and Store Leadership in a friendly, respectful, cooperative and pleasant manner.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Customers on the sales floor and at the register with courtesy and knowledge.
• Greet Customers with eye contact and a smile; answer questions professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store floor and restrooms.
• Follow loss prevention and cash handling procedures; protect confidential information.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to dress code.
• Support merchandising and restocking to meet monthly presentation guidelines.
