Job summary

El Car Wash is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor in Oakland Park, FL. You will greet customers with energy, promote the Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into loyalty while delivering an outstanding car-washing experience.

You’ll handle complaints gracefully, keep the site clean and welcoming, and log feedback for continuous improvement. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida markets, and you’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays outdoors.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence ready for customer-facing moments.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; aware of personal numbers.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive; read the customer well.
• Confident handling of complaints and concerns on the spot.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in South Florida markets.

Responsibilities
