El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, drive membership growth, and turn service interactions into lasting loyalty. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Membership, read situations, and close sales while maintaining a friendly, safe environment.

Strong communication, empathy, and a can-do attitude are essential. The role requires availability for evenings and weekends, with outdoor work in varying conditions, and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy to set a positive tone from the start.
• Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
• Turn service into sales by reading the customer and closing without being pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally and leave customers impressed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team.
