El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, promote the Unlimited Membership, and turn interactions into loyalty. You will engage with guests, educate on programs, and close sales while maintaining a welcoming storefront.

Ideal candidates are energetic, have strong communication skills, and can handle concerns professionally. The role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and is based at our Pembroke Pines location in Florida.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence and extroverted, engaging demeanor.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven; understands and cares about hitting metrics.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive; reads customers and adapts approach.
• Confident handling of complaints on the spot and resolving issues.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus in South Florida markets.

• Keep the site sharp — Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Capture what matters — Log customer feedback in Micrologic and share insights with the team proactively.
