El Car Wash is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to be the face of the brand, delivering high-energy service while driving membership growth and loyalty. The role combines sales with outstanding customer care on site in a fast-paced environment.

You will educate customers about Unlimited Memberships, resolve issues professionally, and maintain a welcoming site. This position requires evening/weekend/holiday availability and willingness to work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with POS systems.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strong plus in markets

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with confidence, energy, and a genuine smile.
• Educate customers on the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty.
• Read the customer, adjust your approach, and close — without ever being pushy.
• Resolve concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
