Job summary

El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for our Jacksonville location. You’ll be the face of EL, greeting customers with energy and a genuine smile while educating them about Unlimited Membership and converting interest into loyalty.

You’ll close sales without being pushy, resolve concerns promptly, and keep the site clean and welcoming. Familiarity with POS systems and bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for Florida markets.

Experience with POS systems and site technology.
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus for South Florida markets.

Close sales by reading the customer and adjusting approach while remaining non-pushy.

Log customer feedback in Micrologic and communicate insights to the team.
