El Car Wash in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers, promote our Unlimited Membership, and turn interactions into loyalty. You’ll read customers, close sales, and resolve issues with a positive, problem-solving approach.

This role requires high energy, reliability, and comfort with POS systems. Evening/weekend availability and outdoor work are expected; prior hospitality or retail experience is a plus.

• Log customer feedback in Micrologic; flag issues early and share insights.
