Job summary

Five Below is hiring for an on-site leadership role at our Mount Juliet, TN store. You will drive customer service, supervise crew, and manage daily store operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are wowed by the customer through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards; ensures equipment is working and staff are trained.
• Operates opening/closing procedures, maintains store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Collaborates with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and stockroom duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
