Job summary

Five Below, Inc. in Wyomissing, PA is seeking a Customer Experience Manager responsible for leading front-end operations, coaching crew, and driving customer service excellence. You will ensure a fast, friendly checkout, maintain store standards, and support store leadership in people development.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Some flexibility in schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel as required

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager
• Lead front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order and staff are trained
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers
• Perform store manager duties in their absence
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members
• Review corporate communications and react accordingly
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery
• Maintain stock room and overall store maintenance
